CRM / Sales Process Gap Analysis As a result of this program, a client discovers the potential gaps and barriers between the execution of their sales process and CRM tool. Put another way, a CRM tool is only as good as the process it is built upon and a sales process is only as good as its ability to be adopted.
The inner dependency between the two is huge and is often the key to successful sales results. As an output of the Gap Analysis service, sales executives will understand the linkage between their sales process and CRM tool and understand if/where improvements can be made.
Business Process Review Services (BPR) As a result of a focused BPR a client receives a clear picture of how Salesforce.com can map to their unique business as well as the project footprint associated with an implementation. During this structured session, EnablePath helps the client:
- define their current business processes
- determine areas of potential improvement
- define the vision of where and how technology can be utilized to enhance productivity.
Optimization Consulting (existing Salesforce.com clients) As a result of this program, a Salesforce.com client will have a roadmap for how to better leverage their CRM tool to enable productivity. Many clients who have implemented Salesforce.com barely scratch the surface of the potential of the tool. As an output of this program the client understands the “low hanging fruit” capabilities that may exist within their application as well as potential phases for additional utilization.
