Jumpstart – 10 hours: This entry level engagement will provide the Group or Professional Edition client with the guidance and support necessary for a basic set up. 

Jumpstart Plus – 20 hours: Similar to Jumpstart in structure, this program allows greater depth and functionality unique to the client’s business needs.

Standard – 30 hours: Aimed predominantly at clients implementing Professional or Enterprise Editions, this program offers full implementation of core Salesforce.com capabilities.

Standard Plus: Like the Standard Edition, this program offers full implementation of core capabilities and additional time for training and customization. 

Custom: As a result of a custom implementation, the client enjoys a Salesforce.com instance that is tailored to their specific and unique business. This program typically involves a Business Process Review, Customization, Data Migration and Training - all mapping to a custom project plan.
