 MICHAEL S. LADD - President, Founder

Mike Ladd manages EnablePath's sales, marketing and partnership functions. Prior to co-founding EnablePath, Ladd was Vice President of Sales for Unitrends, a provider of disaster recovery software and hardware solutions in North America and Europe.
Ladd also held roles as Director of Sales Operations and Field marketing for Unitrends. Prior to joining Unitrends, Ladd held various sales management positions with Ariba, Inc. where his team oversaw the implementation of both Siebel and Salesforce.com.
Mr. Ladd's background includes direct sales, channel management and sales consulting and training experience with Sales Performance International and Solution Selling®. Ladd has worked extensively with clients including IBM, Compaq, i2, Xerox, MRO and Andersen Consulting throughout North America, EMEA and APAC. He holds a BA from the University of North Carolina and currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
PAUL B. YODER - Chief Operating Officer, Founder
Paul Yoder manages EnablePath's corporate and project operations and brings 22 years of sales, business operations, and project management experience to the EnablePath team. He began his career as a stockbroker for Thomson-McKinnon and PaineWebber, then moved into sales methodology training for Sales Performance International, the primary innovators of the popular Solution Selling® sales process that has been adopted by major corporations around the world including IBM & Microsoft.
This experience brought him to the attention of Ariba, Inc., one of the world's most recognized names in Spend Management software, where he assisted in the development of the Ariba sales methodology and directed the global implementation of Siebel and Salesforce.com enterprise CRM/SFA applications.
Mr. Yoder has traveled extensively in the US, and to such diverse locations as Munich, Tokyo and Singapore, as an instructor and project manager. It is his experience in business operations in general, and global project management specifically, that brings a significant advantage to the company. He is a certified Salesforce.com Administrator & Consulting Partner, residing in Charlotte, NC with his wife and children.
TYLER D. PATTERSON – Director of Sales
Tyler Patterson manages the Southern Region of the United States for EnablePath. Prior to joining EnablePath, Tyler served in a number of sales-related executive roles for Adtech Global Solutions (AGS), a premier provider of computer hardware and service solutions for industry-leading application providers.
In his most recent position with AGS, as Vice President of Sales Operations, Patterson was responsible for the successful implementation and deployment of Salesforce.com to the company’s sales and marketing teams globally.
Patterson has more than 13 years of experience in all facets of the technology industry, including software, hardware, and services. He is well versed in all aspects of sales and marketing having worked in both direct and channel sales environments. He has held executive roles with multiple successful startup organizations, and has experience with end customers in a multitude of industries around the world.
Patterson holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and resides in Atlanta, GA.
CINDY M. BLACK – Project Engagement Director
Cindy Black brings 15 years of sales, business operations, and project management experience to the Enablepath team. Prior to Enablepath, Cindy was an Inside Sales Representative for the New England Region for Direct and Channel Sales for Unitrends, a provider of disaster recovery software and hardware solutions in North America and Europe.
Cindy also held roles as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Marketing and Sales as well as Salesforce.com Administrator for Unitrends. Prior to joining Unitrends, Cindy held a Direct Inside Sales position with Emco Technologies, where she assisted customers in the purchase of Motorola Two-Way Communication systems. Those customers included Exxon Corporation, Chevron, and Motiva.
This diverse and extensive understanding of many business processes, direct and channel sales, marketing, as well as knowledge of the technology industry and expertise in Salesforce.com has been invaluable to EnablePath's customers. She is a Certified Salesforce.com Level II Administrator & Consultant residing in West Columbia, SC with her family.
KIM L. KEARNEY - Senior Project Manager
Kim Kearney is one of our most successful Sr. Project Managers. Her background includes over 10 years of Project Management in software development, web development and professional services.
Prior to joining Enablepath, she was responsible for enterprise software and web application release programs, beta program management and client communication at Blackbaud, LLC and Datatel, Inc. While at Blackbaud she served as one of the initial product release team members and managed the deployment of their flagship software to over 10,000 clients. At Datatel, Kim helped release the second generation on their online admissions management application. Her professional experiences include a variety of disciplines from non-profit to manufacturing to technology.
Kearney holds a BA in Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a Certified Salesforce.com Consultant. She resides in Charlotte, NC with her family.
